Local delivery (Duval County)

Delivery is free for any order delivered inside Duval County (Jacksonville, Jacksonville Beach, Atlantic Beach, Neptune Beach and Baldwin). Checkout checks your ZIP code.
After you order, I'll text you at the number you gave at checkout to set a drop-off time that works for you.
Florida sales tax for Duval County (7.5%) is added at checkout.

I ship anywhere in the US with USPS or UPS. Checkout shows the live price and estimated delivery time for your address, and you pick the option you want.
I usually ship within 2 business days of your order. You'll get the tracking number by email or text when it ships.
Kits are boxed with padding so the box art arrives in good shape.
Orders shipped to another Florida county are charged Florida sales tax for that county. Orders shipped outside Florida generally aren't charged Florida sales tax.
I don't ship outside the US yet. Email me if you're abroad and I'll see what I can do.

Damaged in shipping: email photos of the box and the kit within 7 days of delivery and I'll replace it or refund it, including shipping.
Lost package: if tracking hasn't moved in 7 days or says delivered but you don't have it, email me and I'll open a claim with the carrier and make it right.
Wrong address: if an address entered at checkout was wrong, email me as soon as possible. If the package already left, I'll help redirect it, but return or reshipping costs may apply.
